We locked in to a site plan and massing strategy very early in the design process for a house in Eugene, Oregon. Fine-tuning the plan to meet the owner’s desires, budget, efficient use of materials, and design potential took us through numerous revisions. We did a parallel investigation of the elevations, which we plan to showcase in a future post.
